Green Lights Over Mainstage
Narrative & Festival Context
Festival Program Note
Golden hour fades, but the field doesn’t. A small green presence steps forward—steady hands, steady heart—and lifts the tempo without losing the warmth. Pads bloom, kicks stay patient, and a chorus about belonging carries from barricade to back rail. The message is simple: no one stands alone under these lights.
Lead Puppet Producer
Aria – Aria took the lead on Green Lights Over Mainstage because she wanted Kermit’s “small voice on a giant stage” to feel honest—not heroic, not ironic, just real. She built it like a community anthem with gentle hands: uplifting/progressive trance lift, singalong drops, and enough space in the verses for that nervous mic-tap to land like a confession instead of a performance. In the booth, Aria kept reminding everyone that the hook wasn’t “mainstage energy,” it was belonging—so the synths rise like string lights, the chants are written for shy people as much as loud ones, and the drop isn’t a flex so much as a shared exhale. By the final mix, it felt like the whole field was holding Kermit up, and Aria was quietly proud because that’s exactly what she was trying to produce: a crowd that sounds like home.
Track Dedication
Dedicated to me—because I wanted a song that feels good in my headphones at 1 a.m. No grand meaning, no moral, no homework.

Little green speck on a giant stage String lights shaking with the bass waves I tap this mic with a nervous hand, say "Is anybody out there feeling the same?" Been that small voice humming in the background Now I'm out front staring at a sea of crowns Feet in the mud glow, glow sticks in your fingers Every shy heart here, yeah I feel it with you You and me, we've both been waiting For a song that says it plain That it's okay to be a little different And still sing your name We're all in this together Hands up, hearts in the weather Green lights over main stage Shine on every face We're all in this together Right now, right here, forever If you've ever felt alone If you've ever felt alone Let this crowd become your home I see paint streaks, homemade signs in the front row Every color, every story in the same glow You lift me up every time that the beat hits Funny little voice, big love in the kick drum If you cried in the car on a long drive If you laugh just to hide what you can't hide Let this moment be a clear sky Let our voices climb You and me, we've both been waiting For a song that says it plain That it's okay to be a little different And still sing your name We're all in this together Hands up, hearts in the weather Green lights over main stage Shine on every face We're all in this together Right now, right here, forever If you've ever felt alone If you've ever felt alone Let this crowd become your home
